The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit) is the global representative for real estate investment trusts (REITs) and publicly traded real estate companies focusing in U.S. real estate and capital markets. Nareit recently decided to upgrade their workspace to offer more enhanced features for both the organization’s staff and clients by incorporating current workplace trends for workflow optimization.
Phase Shift Consulting was engaged by Nareit to identify solutions that supported new workflow trends while also supporting technologies that had recently been deployed. A Digital Signage solution was developed to highlight Nareit’s brand and mission throughout its public spaces.
All of Nareit’s conference rooms were designed to support vendor-agnostic browser-based conferencing, while fundamentally supporting their established conferencing platform. All conference rooms were equipped with room scheduling panels, and a zoned audio and sound masking system was deployed throughout the office area.
